ZOMBICIDE SEASON 1 BATCH 5 ANOTHER WELCOME

Before we continue with todays post I must give a warm BZA  welcome to Mathyoo, my latest follower. Hope you enjoy the journey as much as I do. This takes my follower count into double figures. WHOOP! WHOOP! Mathyoo runs the 28 millimeters later blog, check it out, it's well worth the visit.

My daughter and I played a bit of a Zombicide marathon yesterday, four back to back games. She said that she preferred it to Zombies!!! by Twilight Creations because of the teamwork element, the figures were better and it was more fun. Looks like this could become a regular thing.

OH SHIT! I FORGOT THE BLOOD ON THE RUNNER.

THE USUAL REAR VIEW.

BOLLOCKS! IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN, I CAN'T SEEM TO WRITE ANYTHING AFTER THE PICTURES EXCEPT IN CAPTION MODE. THIS IS DOING MY HEAD IN. MY APOLOGIES BUT I WILL HAVE TO MUDDLE THROUGH.

ON WITH THE INTRODUCTIONS. AS USUAL FROM LEFT TO RIGHT: FIRST ZOMBIE UP TODAY IS IOLO, BIT OF A FITNESS ENTHUSIAST WAS IOLO. THEY STILL GOT HIM THOUGH. AN EXAMPLE OF A RUNNER. NEXT ALONG IS BANK CLERK ARWEN, LOST HER DIGNITY AS WELL AS HER BONUS. SHE'S A WALKER. FOLLOWING HER IS BIG EMYR A FATTY AND EX-PLUMBER. LAST UP IS FASHION STORE MANAGER DEWI, ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A WALKER. THE ONLY THING I WANT TO ADD IS THE SKIN COLOUR THIS TIME IS OLD GW ELF FLESH, WASHED WITH LEVIATHAN PURPLE WASH (OLD GW) THEN OVERBRUSHED WITH ELF FLESH AGAIN. THEN THE WHOLE FIGURE IS GIVEN A FINAL WASH OF DEVLAN MUD AFTER THE CLOTHES ARE PAINTED.

THAT'S ALL I'VE GOT THIS TIME DUDES AND DUDETTES.
REMEMBER WHAT THE DUDE SAYS AND "TAKE IT EASY".

  1. Bob, how about writing all your text first, leaving a space for your pictures, and then uploading them? Another trick you can do is as soon as your upload your pictures just type in a letter after each one. It doesn't matter what letter or number or symbol you choose but by doing this you will be able to type where each letter is. You can easily delete the letter once you start typing. The trick is to do it as soon as you upload your photos.
Nicely painted figures, as usual and I think it's great that you have lured your daughter into playing Zombicide. She's right as well, Zombicide is more about team work, whereas Zombies!!!! is just every man for himself.

  2. Thanks Bryan.
I am writing some of my text first. The trouble is the BZA official photographer, my son, uploads the pictures for me. I have tried explaining to him but he is a moody teenager and a) doesn't listen or b) doesn't give a shit. I think I'll have to start beating him harder.
My daughter and I have been playing zombies for years, in fact I introduced her to Zombie Barbie when just was about four years old.

  4. Try not writing captions would be my suggestion, bogger is a strange beast at times isn't it ?

Yet another good batch of z's to add to your ever growing horde.

  5. Hmm - I was sure I was following your blog before, but I am lucky enough to get deleted of people's followers list for some reason.

I agree with Joe, don't write captions lol. If your son is a teenager, beating won't help (violence is always counter productive :D :D) - try telling him NOT to fix it and if he's anything like our young man, he will fix it for you in the same instance :P

You were not on my followers list until 2 days ago.
      I love captions.
He is a great young man, my blog is not high on his list of priorities. Like his girlfriend or his playstation.LOL.

  6. Kettling I say, kettling!!!! Not for your official photographer of course, your runner. Run him under hot kettle water for just a few seconds and he'll straighten up a treat. I know its not that important but, you know, it is :D

Bryan always has sound advice. I'll implement the suggested procedures on my next post.

  10. Firstly great additions to the horde. Also try writing in a word document then copying and pasting the text in. You can also right click and 'Paste as Plain Text' which will default to what blogger is set as and removes all the microsoft formatting text size etc.

As for the advice thanks but what you just said has just flown straight over my head. I shall ask my erstwhile "assisstant" what it means.
